About Us
Executive Picker Rob Sealover
"Executive Picker” Rob Sealover started out selling car parts at car shows at the age of 17. He joined ebay in 1998 and sold collections and collectibles out of his dorm room while studying Technical Education. He attributes his love of all things old to his grandfather, whose 1700's farmhouse was essentially a museum.
Fast Forward to present day, Professor Sealover teaches at that very same State University and sells on several online platforms including Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Live, Whatnot Live Auctions, and eBay. He sells locally out of a storefront in Red Lion. He’s built a large network of buyers for specific things - many items sell directly to aficionados looking to complete their collection without even being listed.
Rob loves meeting with families, and hearing the stories of the possessions they've accumulated.
The other Professor Sealover
Brooke Sturtevant-Sealover grew up with an appreciation for family heirlooms and the stories behind them. Her Masters in Fine Arts and discerning eye help make her a priceless part of this operation. Brooke keeps the Live Auctions moving smoothly and takes great care in cleaning and packaging the treasures we mail across the globe. Professor Sealover has taught for Goucher, and the Maryland Institute College of Art
The rest of the crew
The Sealovers' two daughters serve as vintage puzzle verification crew, Barbie dress testing, and stuffed animal naming. They're growing up "in the business" and learning to price items and make change in the cash register.
The family dogs, Westinghouse and Cleopatra (Westy and Cleo) determine if incoming collections came from a house with pets.
